Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer two shipping options for US orders:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping — Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express to select countries including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, the UK, and more. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Delays Alloy & Haven is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. All delivery times are estimates.
